OK — I wish I’d taken a few “before” pictures before now, as I’ve lost 12 lbs so far in the first 26 days of my new Whole30 (scratch, make that Paleo for Life) nutritional revolution.
But here are my pictures from today, 26 days in, weighing 249.3 lbs (starting weight was 261 lbs on July 4):
I’ve got 49 more lbs to go to hit my first really big goal of 200 lbs. Lots of work ahead of me, but I’m excited to get there.
