Crossfit WoD: 2008 Crossfit Games WoD
Sounds easier than it is. Though there are a lot of people knocking this out in under 5 minutes. It took me 11:04 to finish it, and that was after scaling the dead lifts down to 235 lbs. Continue reading

Crossfit WoD: Shoulders, Shoulders, and Shoulders
First round of presses and SDHP were knocked out quickly with no breaks or rests. Then I tried the OH Squats. Poor balance and not having a medicine ball to gauge the depth of my squats made these a weak spot for this workout for me. Continue reading
