Today’s Crossfit WoD was ones used during the 2008 Crossfit Games:
5 Rounds for Time of:
- 5 Deadlifts (275 lbs)
- 10 Burpees
Sounds easier than it is. Though there are a lot of people knocking this out in under 5 minutes. It took me 11:04 to finish it, and that was after scaling the dead lifts down to 235 lbs.
Enjoyed the 34 degree morning while doing this in my unheated garage gym at 6:00 a.m. this morning.
