Crossfit WoD: Christine

Great metcon workout this morning during my 5:30 a.m. Crossfit Central class:

3 rounds of:

  • 500m Row
  • 21 box jumps (20″  box)
  • 12 body weight dead lifts

My time: 18:36

Subbed step ups for box jumps (still just can’t do more than 2-3 box jumps at a time). Used 245 lbs for dead lifts.

Best time in our class was just over 12 minutes (Daniel, as usual). I wasn’t last in this tough metcon workout, but only beat two other athletes in our class.
