Crossfit WoD: Angie

Today was the first day of Crossfit programs for 2009 at our Crossfit Central gym. Which meant a benchmark Workout of the Day. Today it was Angie:

For time:

  • 100 pull ups
  • 100 push ups
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 squats

My first Angie was completed on Sept. 30, 2008. My time three months ago was 21:29.

My time this morning (after a a brutal holiday season, and with 38 degree wet pull up bars, I might add) was 20:46.

My arms are toast, but I feel good.

As part of the I am Crossfit program that I started yesterday, I’m sticking to a strict Zone diet and taking Advocare supplements (right now just the Metabolic Nutrition System, Max Energy). So far so good.
