I am Crossfit WoD

My “extra” Crossfit workout of the day for the I am Crossfit program was:

5 rounds for time of:

  • 25 squats
  • 400m run

My time was 15:51

Or, as I like to call it: Not great.

Running is hard for me, but I felt a bit better today than I did at the initial I am Crossfit benchmark WoD, which only required 3 x 400m run.
