Crossfit WoD: Smoke Test

After our WoD was finished and we were done stretching. I sat down outside, back against a wall and just sat there. Our assistant trainer, Andy, stuck his head out the roll-up doors and asked, “Smoked you, didn’t it?”

Yep. It sure did.

Today’s Crossfit WoD was:

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

  • 21 Med Ball Cleans (20lb)
  • 21 Wall balls (20lb)
  • 15 KB swings (16kg)
  • 9 ring dips

I finished 3 full rounds + 21 cleans, +21 wall balls, + 9 swings

I think the most full rounds completed were just 4 in our class. Most people were somewhere on their 4th round.

It was humid and warm this morning — 63 degrees and close to 100% humidity when we started. Which meant that I probably lost 4 lbs of sweat during the workout. I was drenched when it was over.

On a postive note, I’m down to 254 lbs (from 264 when we started the I am Crossfit program 4 weeks ago). About 55 lbs to go.
