CrossFit WoD: Dead Lifts

I was just remarking to someone in our class the other day that we hadn’t done much heavy lifting in a while.

And with next month’s benchmark WoD being CrossFit Total, I figured we’d be hitting some dead lifts pretty soon.

DLs are easily my favorite lift. And a pure heavy DL day, like today’s 3-3-3-3-3 means that I don’t come in last on a WoD!

It was nice having an additional coach with us this morning (Andy) to help with DLs, especially since the guy has a sick DL of his own.
