Great shoulder burnout WoD this afternoon in my garage gym.

- Shoulder press (95 lbs)
- Wall ball (10 lbs)
- Med ball slams (10 lbs)
- 500 Row
My time was 15:37. The last sets of 9 my shoulders were just zapped of energy. All three exercises really burned nicely.
Messed up on the first round, as I did 25 shoulder press instead of 21 (did 15 then 10).
Noticing a nice improvement in my rowing technique finally. Avgeraged 25 spm at a 2:13 500m pace.
