Cycling: 15.8 Miles

Today was a Rest Day for CrossFit, but not for me. Since there was no WoD posted, I took my bike out to the Veloway to take advantage of this gorgeous day.

Rode 5 laps (15.5 miles) in just under 54 minutes.

Legs were still a bit tired from yesterday’s 3500m of rowing, but a good work out nonetheless.
