21 x 65 lbs:
I use the same Warm Up for the Thrusters as I would for any other WoD. For me that is
3 rounds of 10 reps of:
Med ball twists
Overhead squats (PVC pipe)
Followed by a 500m row on the Concept 2 rower.
Finished the 65 lbs x 21 reps this morning, all unbroken and feeling pretty easy.
