95 lbs x 21 reps (unbroken)
The reps were unbroken in that I never set the bar down. But I did break my rhythm on several occasions (pause at the top of the lift). The good news though is that this should really go a long way towards improving my Fran time, now that I know I can knock out 21 and 15 straight reps of 95 lb thrusters. All previous attempts at Fran had me breaking up the first 21 reps into two sets.
115 lbs is going to be fun.
