July Thruster Challenge: Week 3, Day 1

115 lbs x 9 reps (unbroken)

Felt pretty good after the first rep. Though from the video I think that my left knee is collapsing inwards a bit, so need to ensure I’m pushing my knees out over my toes.

Was more focused on exploding through the opening of the hips and using that momentum to thrust the bar. Arms never really felt the weight at all (though my wrists did).
