CrossFit Central WoD: Pull up Ladders

Today’s CrossFit Central WoD:

With a continuously running clock do:
1 Pull Up the 1st minute
2 Pull Ups the 2nd minute
3 Pull Ups the 3rd minute
4 Pull Ups the 4th Minute…
Continue to Failure

Used a resistance band for the entire WoD, and completed 11 rounds, and getting 10 of 12 in the 12th round.

So, 76 pull ups total. Which is about 36 more band-assisted pull ups than I’ve ever done in a single WoD before.

So, progress. Yea me!

Cash out:

Four intervals each of tabata sit ups, push ups, and squats + 400m row.

Good times.
